I am about to embark on a new training cycle and I am SO INCREDIBLY EXCITED!!! I am even more crazy excited than usual because this time is different than past training cycles. This time around I have my very own coach, Beth Shutt at Your26.2 to help navigate me through every step of training.
As my post-marathon recovery period comes to an end I wanted to spend one final post reflecting on the mistakes made and lessons learned at Boston. In regards to training and the race itself: What went wrong? What went well? And what should I work on in my next training cycle. But first a
